Sarah Solberg is a partner at Hecht Solberg Robinson Goldberg & Bagley LLP, specializing in land use planning, environmental law, and municipal law. With over 23 years of experience, she has successfully guided clients through complex regulatory processes and environmental compliance matters.
Ms. Solberg's practice encompasses all aspects of land use and environmental law, including project entitlements, CEQA compliance, coastal permitting, and regulatory defense. She represents developers, municipalities, and private property owners in obtaining necessary approvals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Solberg served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Diego, where she advised city departments on environmental and land use matters. This unique public sector experience provides her with invaluable insight into the regulatory process from both sides.
Ms. Solberg holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and is recognized as one of California's leading environmental attorneys. She has been named to the Best Lawyers in America list for Environmental Law and maintains active memberships in several professional organizations.
