Michael Hecht

Michael Hecht is a founding partner of Hecht Solberg Robinson Goldberg & Bagley LLP, bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate and business law. He has represented clients in complex commercial real estate transactions totaling over $2 billion in value.

Mr. Hecht's practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing, and joint ventures. He regularly represents developers, investors, lenders, and property owners in sophisticated transactions throughout California.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Hecht was a partner at a prominent San Diego law firm where he led the real estate practice group. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Real Estate Law for the past 10 consecutive years and maintains an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Hecht is actively involved in the San Diego legal community and serves on the board of directors of the San Diego County Bar Association Real Property Section. He frequently speaks at continuing education seminars on real estate law topics.
